My choice to keep working in the countryside is based on a combination of pride, love for the area I live in and passion for wine. Through wine I express the emotions, the situations and the colours connected to this area and our time - while we harvest our grapes to obtain our unique products.
The wine cellar of Azienda Agricola Mencaroni (Mencaroni’s Farm) is located in Corinaldo, a small town perched on top of the sweet rolling hills of Le Marche region, just half way between the Adriatic sea and the Appennines mountain range.
Our wines benefit from the influence of the sea and the mountains: they increase the flavour, the fine taste, the complex bouquet and structure of our products.
The art ofmaking wine
Wine is the result of grapes, vines and the environment. Federico is able to grasp, preserve and intensify all the scents, the bouquets and the feelings spreading from all of it.
